Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Metricgram website and web application (the "Service") operated by Metricgram ("us", "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Any violation of these basic and common-sense rules will result in the deletion of your account and associated data.
The platform is available to any user over 18 years old. If you are between 13 and 18, you may still use the Platform but must have permission from a parent or guardian.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or, if between 13 and 18, have permission from your parent or guardian.
The content on the Platform, including all information, software, technology, data, logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, photographs, audio and video files, other copyrighted data or materials, and their selection and arrangement, is referred to as "Metricgram Content" and is and remains the sole property of Metricgram. Metricgram Content, including our trademarks, may not be modified by you in any way.
Metricgram has the right to request additional information from you to determine account ownership.
Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from subscribing, when applicable law recognizes it. To exercise it, write to info@metricgram.com from the email associated with your account.
In addition to any applicable legal right, Metricgram offers a 30-day commercial refund guarantee that applies only to the first payment of a new paid subscription.
This commercial guarantee does not apply automatically to later renewals, plan changes, reactivations, or payments for subscriptions already started, unless Metricgram approves the refund case by case or applicable law requires it.
You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already charged. Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
You may delete your account at any time.
Metricgram does not guarantee that unexpected errors will not occur or that the system will be accessible 100% of the time, although we do our best to prevent them.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
