Telegram moderation queue

Join requests, messages your members report and likely spam land in one queue, so you decide what happens before it reaches the whole group.

Join requests in one place

Requests that need admin approval wait in the queue with the member's profile. Approve or decline them from Metricgram, and the ones you already handled in Telegram leave the queue by themselves.
01

Members report with /report

Any member can reply to a message with /report and a short reason. The message appears in the queue with its context, so you can delete it, ban the author or dismiss the report.
02

Spam flagged, you decide

Metricgram flags links and channel forwards from members who joined in the last 24 hours and the same message posted three times in ten minutes. Nothing is removed until you decide, unless you turn on an automatic rule.
03

Admins are always protected

Group administrators and the owner are never flagged or banned from the queue, and every decision is applied through the official Telegram Bot API.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to keep Telegram open to moderate?
No. You can handle the whole queue from Metricgram on desktop or mobile, and the changes are applied in Telegram right away.
Can other people help me moderate?
Yes. You can invite moderators who only get access to the moderation queue of one group, without seeing billing, settings or your other groups.
Does Metricgram delete spam automatically?
Only if you want it to. By default likely spam waits for your decision. Optional automatic rules can delete links from new members right away or mute a member after several reports, and every automatic action is logged in the queue.
