Managing Your Account

Your Metricgram account settings let you update your profile, language, time zone, password, email preferences, and API tokens when your plan includes them.

Account Settings

Open Settings from the dashboard sidebar.

Profile

• First and last name -- your visible account details in Metricgram
• Email -- used for login and account notifications
• Time zone -- used for dashboard timestamps and scheduled features
• Language -- the interface language for your dashboard

Password

To change your password, enter your current password, then your new password and confirmation. Save the settings when you finish.

Email preferences

You can opt in or out of Metricgram updates and campaign emails. Required account, support, ticket, and important notice emails are still sent even if marketing emails are disabled.

API tokens

If API & MCP access is available on your plan, Settings shows an API tokens shortcut. Token creation and revocation are managed from Integrations > API & MCP.

Groups

The Settings page also includes shortcuts to refresh your groups or connect a new group.

Billing

Plan usage, limits, upgrades, and the Stripe Billing Portal are managed from Billing & Limits in the sidebar.
