How the Leaderboard Works

The ranking displays members in your group by gamification points, making participation easier to compare over time.

Viewing the Leaderboard

• Dashboard -- view rankings from Tools > Gamification.
• Filters -- choose a date range and filter by action type.
• Telegram publication -- Metricgram can publish rankings automatically when enabled.

Leaderboard Types

• Period points -- points earned in the selected date range.
• Total points -- accumulated historical points.
• Action filters -- messages, reactions, streaks, daily activity, or extra points.

Leaderboard in Telegram

The bot can publish rankings automatically:

• Weekly
• Monthly
• Quarterly

Customization

• Destination -- general channel or a specific topic.
• Send time -- based on your account timezone.
• Extra points -- manually grant points from this screen when needed.

Tips

• Weekly rankings are useful for short competitions because everyone starts from the same period window.
• Use extra points for contests or contributions that Metricgram cannot detect automatically.
