Activity Summaries

Activity summaries are AI-generated messages that Metricgram automatically posts in your group or in the topic you choose. They are configured from Tools > Activity summaries.

Summary Types

• Daily summary -- summarizes the previous day's activity.
• Weekly summary -- summarizes the last 7 days of activity.
• Monthly summary -- summarizes the previous month or the current month, depending on whether you choose the first or last day of the month.

How to Enable Them

1. Open Tools > Activity summaries in the dashboard.
2. Enable the daily, weekly, or monthly summary.
3. Choose the topic where it will be posted. If no topic is selected, it is sent to the group's general topic.
4. Choose the delivery hour. For weekly summaries, also choose the weekday. For monthly summaries, choose the first or last day of the month.
5. Save your changes.

You can also use Enable all summaries to turn on available summaries with default values and adjust the schedule afterward.

Time Zone and Permissions

Delivery hours use the time zone configured in Settings. The bot must be able to send messages in the selected group or topic. If Telegram rejects delivery because of permissions, Metricgram may disable that summary and notify you.

Content

Metricgram generates the text from messages recorded during the relevant period. If there is not enough activity, it posts a quiet-period summary.

Plan Availability

Daily, weekly, and monthly summaries are available on paid plans. They are not available on the Free plan.

Note: Summaries are Telegram messages. There is no separate setting to receive them by email.
