Understanding the Dashboard

The Dashboard is the screen where Metricgram shows you a summary of whichever group is currently selected in the group selector.

What the Dashboard shows

When you open Dashboard, you will usually see:

• The onboarding checklist if you are still completing the initial setup
• Quick-access cards for Messages, Users, Reports, and Group settings
• KPIs for the selected period, such as total messages, users who posted, average messages per user, total reactions, new members, and members who left
• Date filters and a period selector to analyze data by day, week, or month
• Charts to better understand group activity:

- Active users: shows how many users participated during the selected period.

- Activity by day: summarizes the total volume of messages and reactions over time.

- Top users: highlights which members generate the most activity.

- Most-used reactions: shows which emojis are used most often.

- Activity by hour: helps you see which hours of the day are the busiest.

- Activity by weekday: shows which days gather the most activity.

- Member growth: compares how many members joined and how many left.

- Engagement ratio: relates reactions to messages to measure interaction.

- New vs returning users: separates first-time participants from recurring ones.

- Activity by topic: shows which topics concentrate the most activity within the group.

• If you have those features enabled, extra blocks may also appear, such as the gamification leaderboard, streaks, or the subscribers and activity section

Groups with topics

If your group uses Telegram topics, the Dashboard also shows a specific block for them:

• A topic list with search
• Direct access to each topic
• A button to sync topics if you have just created or changed them in Telegram

Changing the group shown in the Dashboard

If you manage several groups, the Dashboard always belongs to the group currently selected in the group selector. If you switch groups, the metrics, shortcuts, and data shown on this screen will change as well.

Plan Availability

The analytics dashboard is available on all plans. On the Free plan, dashboard history is limited to 7 days. On Basic and Pro, you get 1 year of history. On Elite, you get full history with no time limit.

Note: If you have just connected the group, some metrics may take a little time to start appearing.
