Daily AI Reports

The Reports section stores AI-generated analyses based on recent group activity. These are different from summaries posted to Telegram: reports are viewed in the dashboard and can be opened or printed.

Report Types

Metricgram can generate three report types:

• Community status -- summarizes activity, topics, keywords, sentiment, and general recommendations.
• Community suggestions -- proposes content ideas, opportunities, and actions based on conversations.
• Topic summary -- analyzes activity by Telegram topics when the group has topics or topic-linked messages.

How They Are Generated

Reports are generated automatically for active users with access to Daily reports. The process uses messages from the previous day. If a group has no messages to analyze, the report may state that there are not enough messages.

Viewing Reports

1. Open Reports from the dashboard.
2. Use the selector to switch between Community status, Community suggestions, and Topic summary.
3. Sort or search the table if you have multiple reports.
4. Open a report in the browser or use the print action to generate a printable/PDF version.

Plan Availability

Daily reports require a paid plan. They are not available on the Free plan.

Note: Reports are not scheduled manually from the interface. If you need to publish analysis inside the group, use Activity summaries.
