Community Directory Listing
The Metricgram Community Directory is the public area where approved Telegram communities managed from Metricgram can be discovered.
Availability
Directory listings are available to accounts with access to the directory listing feature. The Free plan does not include this section, while paid plans and eligible trials can create listings for connected groups.
How it works
Connecting a group to Metricgram does not publish it automatically. The real flow is:
- Open Growth > Directory Listing in the manager dashboard.
- Choose one of your connected groups and create its profile.
- Fill in the listing details and save it as a draft.
- Click Publish when you want to send it for review.
- Metricgram runs an AI moderation check and the team reviews the submission before it appears in the public directory.
A listing is visible in /directory only after approval. If you edit an approved listing, it is hidden again and must be republished for review.
Featured listings
When an approved listing belongs to a user with an active paid Metricgram subscription, Metricgram marks it as featured. Featured communities appear in the highlighted section of the public directory when no filters are active.
This is not a Basic/Pro/Elite priority ladder: there is no separate Pro featured tier or Elite priority placement in the current flow.
What Your Listing Shows
A public listing can include:
- Name, tagline, logo, and description
- Category, tags, and feature highlights
- Member count
- Free or paid access badge
- Language, platform type, and founding year when provided
- Pricing information for paid communities
- Public invite link only when you explicitly enable it for a free community
- Website link when configured
Access links
For free communities, you can choose whether the Telegram invite link should be public. If you enable it, anyone who can see the directory page can try to join through that link.
For paid communities, Metricgram does not show a public Telegram invite link from the directory. Use the listing to explain the paid access and add a website link or pricing information if needed.
Tips
- Write a clear, compelling description that explains what your community is about and who it is for.
- Choose the most accurate category and use specific tags instead of generic keywords.
- Use the visible language setting for the audience you want to reach.
- Review the content before publishing: rejected or flagged listings need edits before they can be approved.
