How to Contact Support
If you cannot find the answer to your question in this Help Center, our support team is ready to assist you.
Support Ticket
The main support channel is a Metricgram ticket:
- Log in to your Metricgram account.
- Open Support tickets from the dashboard user menu, or click Contact Support from the Help Center.
- Create a ticket with a subject, description, and screenshots if you have them.
- Replies stay inside the ticket, and you may also receive email notifications.
Telegram
For quick questions, you can also contact @MetricgramAdmin on Telegram.
What to Include in Your Request
To help us resolve your issue quickly, always provide:
- The affected group name
- The group ID or ticket ID, if you have it
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshots, especially bot permissions, errors, or failed statuses
- When the issue first happened
Response Times
- Response times depend on your plan and support load.
- If your plan includes priority support, your ticket is handled before standard tickets.
- You can reopen a closed ticket by replying again if you still need help.
Before contacting support, check the Common Issues article. Many problems have a quick fix.
