Invitations and trackable invite links

Metricgram's Invitations section includes two separate tools for your selected Telegram group:

• Email invitations: send invitations to email addresses from inside Metricgram
• Trackable links: create labeled Telegram invite links to measure where new members come from

Where to find it

1. Select your group in Metricgram.
2. Open Growth > Invitations in the sidebar.
3. Use either Email invitations or Trackable links.

Email invitations

In Email invitations, you can:

• Send invitations to one or multiple email addresses from Metricgram
• Manage direct invitations when you already know who you want to invite
• Review the status of sent invitations from the same section

This tab is designed for direct invitations by email, not for public sharing.

Trackable links

In Trackable links, you can:

• Create a Telegram invite link with a label such as X/Twitter bio, YouTube description, or Newsletter
• Copy and share that link in a specific channel or campaign
• See how many members joined through each link
• Revoke links you no longer want to use

Plan Availability

• Email invitations require the Basic plan or higher.
• Trackable links are available on the Basic plan and above.
• Invite source tracking (detailed analytics on which sources bring the most members) requires the Pro plan or higher.

• Public group limitation: in public groups, trackable links may fail to count some joins if Telegram prioritizes the group's public link when granting access to users.

Important clarification

This feature tracks joins by invite link/source. It does not track "which member invited which other member".

It is also separate from the Referrals section in the user menu, which is only for referring new Metricgram users.
