Viewing and Managing Members

Metricgram gives you a complete view of everyone in your Telegram group, along with tools to manage them effectively.

Member List

From the Dashboard quick cards, open Users to see the full list. For each user you can view:

• Username and display name
• Join date
• Email when Metricgram has been able to associate it
• Message count recorded by Metricgram
• Group status (inside, banned, left, or unbanned)
• Subscription status (if monetization is active)

Searching and Filtering

Use search to find users by name, username, email, or Telegram ID. You can also sort the table by fields like username, name, email, join date, Telegram ID, message count, or subscription status.

Member Actions

In the table you can:

• Export CSV with the group users and the current filters.
• Sync users to launch the advanced extraction flow when you need to refresh the list.
• Ban or unban users when the action is available for their current status.

Important Notes

• Member data is collected from the moment the bot is added. Historical data before that point is not available.
• Some fields can be blank if Telegram has not provided them yet.
