Managing Paid Subscribers

Metricgram manages access for subscribers that already exist in your connected Stripe account. It does not create subscription plans inside Metricgram.

Create the paid offer in Stripe

Create your product, recurring price, payment link, checkout flow, or customer portal in Stripe. Once customers subscribe, Metricgram syncs those subscriptions if they match the products selected for the group.

In Stripe Connect, you can see subscribers with their email, Stripe subscription ID, dates, status, plan, Telegram user, and actions.

You can:

• Search by email, subscription ID, Telegram ID, username, or first name.
• Filter unlinked subscribers, status, and currency.
• Sort by email, dates, status, plan, Telegram ID, or Telegram username.
• Send an invitation to all active unlinked subscribers or to one subscriber.
• Link or unlink a subscriber from a Telegram user manually.
• Copy the manager bot link for subscriber linking.

Subscriber linking

A subscriber needs to be linked to a Telegram user for Metricgram to manage their group access reliably. Metricgram can link automatically when the email matches a Telegram user record, or you can send an invitation so the subscriber links through the manager bot.

Active and trialing subscriptions are treated as active. Canceled, unpaid, incomplete, or expired subscriptions are tracked but are not active access.
