Accessing and Exporting Data

Metricgram provides several ways to get information out of the dashboard, but there is currently no Reports > Export data screen with scheduled CSV/JSON downloads.

Available Options

• Dashboard -- you can print the dashboard from the print action.
• Reports -- you can open a report and generate a printable/PDF version.
• API & MCP -- Elite accounts can create user-level API tokens from Integrations > API & MCP to connect external tools.

API & MCP

API tokens belong to your Metricgram user account and can access the groups and resources that account can manage. Access is controlled by token permissions, and the same section shows the technical reference available for your plan.

Not Available as Direct Exports

Full message-content exports, CSV downloads from Reports, and automatic email exports are not part of the current Metricgram flow.

Tip: If you need recurring analysis outside Metricgram, use API & MCP instead of relying on manual exports.
