Weekly and Monthly Reports
In addition to daily summaries, Metricgram generates weekly and monthly reports with deeper insights into your group's performance.
Accessing Reports
- In-app -- go to Analytics > Reports in your group's dashboard
- Email -- enable email delivery to receive reports in your inbox
- Telegram -- reports can also be posted as bot messages in your group
Weekly Reports Include
- Week-over-week comparison of message volume and member growth
- Most active days and peak hours
- Top 10 active members for the week
- New member retention -- how many new members stayed active
- Engagement rate trend
Monthly Reports Include
Everything in weekly reports, plus:
- Monthly growth summary with percentage changes
- Member lifecycle analysis -- active, dormant, and churned members
- Content highlights -- most discussed topics
- Gamification summary -- points earned, new levels reached
Configuring Reports
- Navigate to Analytics > Reports.
- Choose weekly, monthly, or both.
- Select delivery method: dashboard only, email, or Telegram.
- Customize which sections to include.

- Share monthly reports with your team or stakeholders to demonstrate community ROI.
