Viewing and Managing Members

Metricgram gives you a complete view of everyone in your Telegram group, along with tools to manage them effectively.

Member List

Navigate to Members in your group's sidebar to see the full list. For each member you can view:

• Username and display name
• Join date
• Message count and activity level
• Gamification points (if enabled)
• Subscription status (if monetization is active)

Searching and Filtering

Use the search bar to find members by name or username. You can also filter by:

• Activity level -- active, inactive, or silent members
• Join date -- filter by when members joined
• Subscription status -- free or paid members

Member Actions

From the member detail view, you can:

• View full activity history -- see all messages and participation
• Send a direct invitation -- for private or paid groups
• Remove from group -- removes the member via the bot

Important Notes

• Member data is collected from the moment the bot is added. Historical data before that point is not available.
• The member list syncs automatically. If a member leaves or is removed in Telegram, their status updates in Metricgram.
