Metricgram offers a free plan and three paid tiers. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan — no credit card required.

Elite

• Everything in Pro, plus:
• Unlimited groups
• Unlimited auto-reply triggers
• Unlimited AI chatbots
• Full dashboard history (no time limit)
• Revenue intelligence (exclusive to Elite)
• Community directory listing (priority)
• Dedicated support

Trial and Billing

• New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial with full access to Pro features
• No credit card is required to start
• After the trial, the account moves to the Free plan unless upgraded
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe (annual saves 2 months)
• Prices do not include VAT
• Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period

Changing Your Plan

1. Go to Billing & Limits in your dashboard sidebar.
2. Click "Upgrade plan" or open the Billing portal.
3. Choose the plan that fits your current needs.
4. Confirm the change in Stripe.

Usage and Limits

You can check your current usage against your plan limits at any time in Billing & Limits. This page shows how many groups, triggers, scheduled messages, and AI chatbots you are using versus what your plan allows.
