- Daily -- repeats every day at the specified time

- Weekly -- repeats on selected days of the week

- Monthly -- repeats on a specific day of the month

  1. Click "Save" to schedule.

Managing Scheduled Messages

From the scheduled messages list, you can:

  • Edit -- modify the content or timing
  • Pause -- temporarily stop a recurring message without deleting it
  • Delete -- permanently remove the scheduled message
  • View history -- see when messages were sent and their delivery status

Use Cases

  • Daily engagement prompts -- "What's everyone working on today?"
  • Weekly digests -- summarize the week's highlights every Friday
  • Event reminders -- count down to important dates
  • Content sharing -- post educational content on a regular schedule

Important Notes

  • Messages are sent based on the time zone configured in your group settings. Make sure it is set correctly.
  • If the bot is removed from the group, scheduled messages will fail. Check your delivery history for any failed sends.
