Creating Rewards

Rewards give members concrete goals to work toward and let you recognize participation in your community.

Creating Rewards

1. Go to Tools > Gamification.
2. Open the rewards tab.
3. Create a reward with a title and required points.
4. Add the private message the member receives when the reward is reached or redeemed.
5. Keep the reward active only while it is available.

Reward Examples

• Community shoutout -- 100 points.
• Private resource access -- 500 points.
• Discount or special benefit -- 1,000 points.

Creating Rewards

A reward can include:

• Custom prizes defined by the group owner.
• Private instructions for claiming the benefit.
• External benefits such as discounts, resources, or manual access to content.

Best Practices

• Start with rewards you can deliver consistently.
• Keep point thresholds realistic for your community activity.
• Review rewards periodically and disable any that are no longer available.
