Managing Subscribers with Stripe Connect
If you monetize your Telegram group with Stripe Connect, Metricgram lets you manage the subscribers synchronized from the connected Stripe account.
Accessing Subscribers
Go to Monetization > Stripe Connect. This section shows synchronized subscribers for the selected group.
Subscriber Information
For each subscriber you can see:
- Customer email and Stripe subscription ID
- Start date and end or renewal date
- Subscription status -- active, trialing, past_due, canceled, unpaid, incomplete...
- Plan, amount, and currency when Stripe provides them
- Linked Telegram user, if one exists
Managing Subscriptions
- Search by email, subscription ID, Telegram ID, username, or name.
- Filter unlinked subscribers, status, and currency.
- Send invitations to active unlinked subscribers.
- Link or unlink a subscriber from a Telegram user.
- Copy the manager bot link so subscribers can link themselves.
Automatic Access Control
When a subscription expires or is canceled, Metricgram can:
- Notify the subscriber or owner before expiration when configured.
- Remove the linked Telegram user after the configured grace period if expiration kicking is enabled.
- Keep the subscriber record synchronized from Stripe webhooks.
Plan Availability
Subscriber management and Stripe Connect require the Basic plan or higher. They are not available on the Free plan.
Tips
- Use Stripe for payment history, invoices, refunds, disputes, taxes, and payouts.
