Payments and Access Automation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Metricgram focuses on subscription status, subscriber linking, invitations, and Telegram access automation.

Payment handling

Use the Stripe dashboard for:

• Payments and payment history.
• Refunds and disputes.
• Invoices and receipt emails.
• Payouts and bank details.
• Tax and billing settings.

Metricgram receives Stripe Connect webhook updates for subscription creation, updates, cancellations, and customer email changes.

Subscriber settings

In Subscriber settings, you can configure:

• Which recurring Stripe products are managed for the group.
• Automatic email invitations for new unlinked subscribers.
• Email templates for group invitations and existing subscriber linking.
• Whether to remove members when a subscription expires.
• Grace period days before removal.
• Telegram notices to subscribers and the group owner 7, 3, or 1 days before expiration.

Access removal

If removal on expiration is enabled, Metricgram checks inactive subscriptions and removes the linked Telegram user after the grace period, unless that same user still has another active subscription for the group.

Note: Refunds or payment changes made in Stripe do not become a separate Metricgram payments screen. Metricgram reacts to the subscription status received from Stripe.
