Handling Payments and Invoices
Metricgram integrates with Stripe to provide a complete payment management experience for your monetized Telegram groups.
Viewing Payments
All payments appear in two places:
- Metricgram dashboard -- go to Monetization > Payments for a quick overview
- Stripe dashboard -- for full transaction details, refunds, and disputes
Payment Information
For each payment you can see:
- Amount and currency
- Payment date
- Subscriber name and email
- Payment status -- succeeded, pending, failed, or refunded
- Associated subscription plan
Invoices
Stripe automatically generates invoices for each payment. Subscribers receive invoices via email. You can also:
- Access invoices through the Stripe dashboard
- Customize invoice branding and details in your Stripe settings
- Download invoices as PDF for your records
Refunds
To issue a refund:
- Go to your Stripe dashboard.
- Find the payment in question.
- Click "Refund" and choose full or partial refund.
- The subscriber will be notified automatically.
Note: Refunds in Stripe do not automatically remove the member from the Telegram group. You may need to handle access removal separately.
Tips
- Set up Stripe email notifications to stay informed about payments in real time.
- Review your payment analytics monthly to track revenue trends.
- Keep your Stripe account details up to date to avoid payout delays.
