Configuring Group Settings

Customize how Metricgram interacts with your Telegram group through the Settings page.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to your group and click "Settings" in the sidebar menu.

General Settings

• Group name -- the display name shown in your Metricgram dashboard (synced from Telegram)
• Time zone -- used for scheduling messages and generating reports
• Language -- the language for bot messages sent in the group

Bot Behavior

• Silent mode -- the bot processes data but does not send any messages
• Welcome messages -- enable or disable automatic greetings
• Summary messages -- enable daily or weekly activity summaries posted in the group

Notification Preferences

Configure what notifications you receive:

• New member alerts
• Member departure alerts
• Payment notifications (for monetized groups)
• Weekly performance digest via email

Danger Zone

• Disconnect group -- removes the bot from the group and stops data collection. Your historical data is preserved in Metricgram.
• Delete group data -- permanently removes all stored data for this group. This action cannot be undone.

Tips

• Always set the correct time zone to ensure scheduled messages and reports are delivered at the right time.
• Use silent mode when you only need analytics without any bot interaction in the group.
